The International Center of Photography, founded in 1974 by Cornell Capa, brother of Robert Capa, with the help of Micha Bar-Am, is an institution dedicated to photography and visual culture with a special focus on the role that images play in our culture. It consists of a school, a bookshop and a museum with over 700 exhibitions. The center is aimed at photographers, artists, students and scholars who want to explore the world of image through photography and visual culture but also to all people who want to discover all this by simply observing the exhibitions of the museum.
